Authental is a registered vineyard site (Einzellage) of Rheinhessen in Germany, covering 10.2 ha in Guntersblum. It makes up 2.7% of the Großlage Vögelsgärten. Regional bedrock: mixed sedimentary rocks. It lies 9.6 km north of Osthofen and 22 km south of Mainz.
